Welcome to The Bay Tree Pottery

The Bay Tree Pottery is so called because it always was! I have changed the emphasis somewhat, in favour of jewellery, but when it came to naming the company, nothing sounded as good as The Bay Tree Pottery. We constantly strive to find new jewellers and craftspeople, who help to keep the shop alive and interesting.

You should come to The Bay Tree for that special present, or send your man to The Bay Tree for YOUR special present! We have a colourful and exciting selection of quality craft goods….pottery by Nicholas Mosse, Stephen Pearce, Jackson Conn and Maura Smyth…Maura makes clocks, mirrors and castellated night light holders.

The work of Grainne Watts would be a charming christening gift, with its hand-painted fun fairies. Angela Hope makes mohair hottie covers and heart-shaped cushions, also from mohair; her bags in mohair or tweed will appeal to the stylish.

The jewellery collection is extensive; we always have the witty and wearable Alan Ardiff. It's necessary to read the titles of his pieces to fully appreciate their humour, but do also ask to try them on. If it's clean and classic lines that you like, perhaps Maureen Lynch is the jeweller for you; she is a fine jeweller and a Maureen Lynch bangle would make a very acceptable 21st present. The entirely hand-crafted jewellery of Erika Marks, with its muted tones and bold shapes, is always exciting….look out for both Maureen and Erika's rings, they are wonderful.

We are thrilled to have new jewellery on order, including colourful beaded cuffs and necklaces, silver angels and work by Marika O'Sullivan. Come and have a look!
