Where we are

The Bay Tree address is 118 High St , Holywood, BT18 9HW. We are immediately opposite the police station, under an archway. We do have a carpark at the rear, but often it is full….how good is your reversing? There is a large carpark called Spafield nearby-it's just a short walk.

By Car

From Belfast, take the Bangor road. About a mile and a half from the lights at Tillysburn, start thinking about turning right. Turn right immediately after signs for Palace Barracks. There's an Esso garage on your left after you turn. Spafield Carpark is on your left about half a mile further on. The Bay Tree is a little further on towards Holywood.

From Bangor, take the Belfast road. After the Culloden Hotel on the right and a BP garage on the left, there are traffic lights and a left turn into Holywood. Take this turn and go straight across the lights at the Maypole. The Bay Tree is shortly after the Northern Bank.

By Rail

There are regular trains (every 30 mins) from both Belfast and Bangor, weekdays and Saturdays. Telephone NIR on 90899411 for timetable details. What about a Friday night expedition-travel by train, have nice dinner in the Bay Tree, take last train back, 22.59 to Belfast, 23.35 to Bangor.

By Air

We are a 5 minute drive from the City Airport, so turn left out of the airport, and go straight. Follow instructions as from Belfast. We are the perfect place for a business breakfast, open from 8.00am

By Sea

Ferry Terminals are a 10 minute drive away. Follow signs for Bangor and City Airport initially. Then follow instructions as from Belfast.
